Benchmark Strategies is a proud member of MWPC and will join with other leaders from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus this coming December 2nd.

Throughout the history of the United States, women from Massachusetts have broken barriers at every level and spurred positive and progressive changes. From Sylvia Donaldson and Susan Fitzpatrick, who were the first women elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 1923, to Elizabeth Warren, who was sworn in as the first female federal Senator for Massachusetts in 2013. These women inspired a brighter future for politics, one where gender is no longer a barrier to politics and an equal society is more of a reality and less of a dream.

We would like to take a moment to celebrate the various women at all stages of government who work tirelessly to further the cause, from field organizers to campaign managers and countless others working in a myriad of other critical governmental positions, they are truthy leading minds within their fields.

We look forward to collaborating with the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus to help further women’s opportunities at every level of government.

Women’s representation is not the only factor, but it is critical for developing an inclusive, responsive, and transparent democracy. To know more and get involved with the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus, please visit https://mwpc.org/
