BOSTON–Benchmark Strategies announced the expansion of its government relations and public sector business development model into a new multi-state government Chief Information Officer (CIO) advisory practice. The Benchmark New England State CIO Advisory will include Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire.

Benchmark Strategies will first offer its multi-state CIO advisory services beginning January 2023 for companies and organizations looking to engage State CIOs in New England. These services will include:

The new multi-state CIO practice will be led by Benchmark Senior Vice President Brian Domoretsky. Brian is uniquely positioned to lead Benchmark’s efforts in this area, having served the past 8 years at the cabinet-level of government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – most recently as an Assistant Secretary and Chief of Staff to the Secretary/CIO at the Executive Office of Technology Services & Security (EOTSS). Through his work, Brian also frequently collaborated with state CIOs and their organizations in New England and other states as a part of the NASCIO member community.
